FalconGO is a local delivery service for businesses, within the same city in supported areas. Intercity delivery is not currently available.
Can I request a courier immediately?
Yes. You can choose an immediate request. Assignment and arrival depend on courier availability and the pickup point.
Can I add multiple destinations?
Yes. A request can include several delivery points to group orders and track each destination.
How does cash on delivery work?
Enter the amount to collect when creating the request. Collection status is then tracked with the delivery. Payout terms are confirmed with the team.
